Project Overview

Farasazman.com is a corporate website developed for Reza Mohammaddoost, a recurring client for whom I’ve successfully designed over eight websites. The platform represents Farasazman, a company focused on providing innovative educational solutions and international training programs for human capital development. The organization partners with academic institutions and government sectors to deliver impactful, tech-driven training systems for professionals and organizations.

Introduction

This project was part of my ongoing collaboration with Reza Mohammaddoost. The objective was to design and develop a website that effectively communicates Farasazman’s wide range of services—from international training programs and smart coaching systems to startup initiatives in digital education. Unlike previous projects, this website specifically targeted institutions and professionals, requiring a different tone, structure, and visual approach than typical B2C interfaces.

Challenges

One of the biggest challenges was tailoring the design and communication for a B2B audience. It was my first time building a website primarily targeted at organizations rather than individual users. Additionally, the project faced several technical difficulties:

  • Template Conflicts: The selected theme had compatibility issues with Elementor.
  • Plugin Conflicts: A malfunctioning plugin disrupted Elementor’s editing capabilities.
  • Broken Slider: The template’s slider plugin didn’t render correctly or respond to edits.

These issues made customization difficult, causing unexpected behavior when modifying elements on the site.

Approach & Solutions

To meet these challenges, I took the following steps:

  • Audience-Centered Design: I researched successful corporate and educational websites, then selected a WordPress template suited for Farasazman’s professional tone. I adapted its structure to match the company’s branding and service strategy.
  • Plugin Debugging: I backed up the entire site and started a methodical conflict check by deactivating plugins one by one. I identified the plugin responsible for Elementor’s issues and removed it.
  • Custom Fixes: The slider component remained problematic, so I wrote custom HTML and CSS to override the broken behavior and ensure responsiveness.
  • Iterative Refinement: After solving the technical issues, I optimized the layout, content flow, and design elements for organizational decision-makers.

Key Features

  • Corporate-Focused Design: UI and content are structured specifically for institutions and professional users.
  • Responsive WordPress Site: Fully functional and mobile-ready website built with Elementor.
  • Custom Troubleshooting: Resolved deep template and plugin conflicts through debugging and custom code.
  • Showcase of Services: Clear presentation of Farasazman’s startups, licenses, training partnerships, and the founder’s expertise.
  • Future-Proof Structure: Flexible layout that supports scalability and content growth.

Results and Impact

The website launched successfully and exceeded the client’s expectations. It accurately represents Farasazman’s brand, effectively showcases its credibility, and is now a professional touchpoint for forming new collaborations. The client appreciated the flexibility and polish of the final design and continues to trust me with future projects.

It challenged me to step into the world of organizational UX, handle critical plugin malfunctions, and develop solutions under pressure. It also expanded my experience with B2B-focused communication and deepened my confidence in debugging and customizing WordPress platforms.
