Analyzed local apps (SnappFood, Delino) against global benchmarks (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Zomato).

Common issues in local apps included dull UI, poor animations, and interface clutter, leading to user frustration.

Strategic Insight

Retain established UX structures that users are familiar with, while reinjecting energy, clarity, and delight into the visual design.

This informed our approach to create an app that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.

Pizzila’s visual identity is built on a vibrant yet balanced color system and a clean, modern typography to enhance user experience and reinforce brand personality.

Motion design in Pizzila isn’t just aesthetic; it’s functional, guiding users and creating a delightful experience. All animations were crafted using Figma’s Smart Animate and precise delay timings.

Splash Screen Transition

The bouncing “i” dots provide a playful yet efficient loading indicator, setting an engaging tone from the start.

Restaurant Menu Tabs

Smooth sliding product cards reveal new options, enhancing navigation and visual appeal for users browsing menus.

Pizza Builder Interaction

A seamless rotating pizza animation onto the plate provides instant visual feedback for customization, making the process intuitive.

Smart Prototyping with Figma Variables

Leveraging Figma variables allowed for a highly realistic and interactive prototype, demonstrating the app’s dynamic capabilities and user journey with precision.
